With humble acceptance of God’s will, we announce the passing of James “Tiny” Nilan on April 3, 2023. A Memorial service will be held for him on: Monday, May 29 at 11:00 AM PARX Winner’s Circle 3001 Street Road Bensalem PA 19020 A Memorial race will be held for him later that day.
